Armando Lozano Rodriguez holds a PhD in Innovation and Educational Technology by Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey in Mexico. Author of several books and research articles in the field of teaching and learning styles, development of competencies and didactics.

He has also been international speaker in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica and United States. He is a member of the National System of Researchers level 1 in Mexico, and A member of the Mexican Council for educational research. He is currently a research professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora.
