Dr. José Luis García Cué holds a Ph.d. in Education from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Spain; Master of Sciences in applied computing from Colegio de Postgraduados, Mexico; Mechanical engineer specialized in electronics by Universidad La Salle in Mexico. Also, he studied two Diploma Courses in Instructional Design for Virtual Education and, the Teacher in the role of lifelong learning Facilitator, both from the Universidad La Salle, Mexico. Currently he works as research Professor in the postgraduate course in Socioeconomics, statistics and Computing-statitics at the Montecillo Campus at the Colegio de Postgraduados in Montecillo, Texcoco, State of Mexico. In addition, he is a member of the National System of Researchers from Mexico, Level I. He has participated in several scientific and academic activities such as guest speaker at forums and conferences related to education and educational technology. He was also President of the IV Learning Styles world Congress that took place in 2010 in Mexico. Moreover, he has several publications in indexed scientific journals and books, which emphasizes "Learning styles and other pedagogical perspectives of the 21st century". He also participates in the formation of human resources for students of Master's and Doctorate programs in Sciences and in theses director.
